To reduce packaging waste and support eco-friendly practices, multiple items in your order may be packed together in the same box. If you prefer separate boxes, please let us know in the order notes—we allow one box per item as a maximum. Thank you for helping us care for the planet!
Our complimentary Christmas packaging includes a box and a velvet pouch. For an extra-special touch with a Christmas card, ribbon, and gift bag, you may wish to purchase our full gift packaging as per below here.
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by the 15th December.
For standard NZ/AU Post shipping, please place your order by the 3rd of December to avoid delays.
For DHL Express shipping, the cutoff date is the 15th of December.
Please be aware that orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for Christmas. However, our team will continue processing and dispatching orders daily until 23rd of December.
We’re making the holiday season stress-free for you! To ensure you have plenty of time to shop, gift, and make adjustments if needed, we’ve extended our return and exchange period. Any orders placed between 15th November and 24th December will qualify for our extended return and exchange policy until the 25th January. This allows you the flexibility to exchange or return items after the holiday rush, making gifting even easier and more enjoyable.
