SHIPPING COST AND TIMEFRAME
All orders will be dispatched from our Warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand in 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra few days of processing time during public holidays and sales periods.
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia and the US.
All orders are generally shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.
New Zealand (1-2 business days)
For orders over NZ$80 per transaction, we offer free standard delivery New Zealand-wide.
For all orders under NZ$80 per transaction, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of NZ$8.
Please allow up to 2-3 working days for rural addresses.
All orders are generally shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.
For Australia orders, we are providing two shipping options. Please note that we highly recommend choosing DHL Express Shipping if it is for a special occasion soon or for a gift.
i) DHL Express Service (2-6 business days)
For orders over NZ$270 per transaction ship for free.
For all orders under NZ$270 per transaction, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of NZ$30
ii) NZ Post/ AU Post Standard Service (8-12 business days*)
For orders over NZ$180 per transaction ship for free.
For all orders under NZ$180 per transaction, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of NZ$15
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that your item will always arrive at its intended destination within the target delivery times as we do not have direct control over the delivery chain. If it has not arrived in the timeframe above, please get in touch and we will contact the Couriers for more information.
Please note that shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable for returns.

For all orders under NZ$250 per transaction, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of NZ$25

Yes. Our Service Providers DHL and NZ Post can ship to P.O. Box at no extra costs.
Our jewellery is produced by a couple of small-scale family-run production made from cradle to cradle by the hands of the designer maker in small batches.
If an item is unavailable or out of stock, our team will email you within 3 working days for restocking or alternative options along with a free gift.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order, please allow sometime for tracking information to become available.
If you don’t get your package 20 business days after it was shipped, please contact us immediately on (info@completenz.com).
Please also get in contact directly with the post office to lodge a customer inquiry.
Unfortunately we currently don't provide a click and collect pick-up service. If you need an urgent delivery for gifting, please always contact us before placing an order.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
