To maintain the best look of your jewellery and to reduce scratching, please store items separately in our secured pouch bags. Store them somewhere away from sunlight and humidity.

Please use the provided polishing cloth for claening after each use for your jewellery. To clean your jewellery more thoroughly, soak it in a diluted solution of mid dish washing liquid and warm water for three minutes then dry it using a soft cotton cloth. By doing this occasionally will help to maintain your jewellery for a longer lifespan.

It is advisable to refrain from using dip polish or abrasive cleaners for your jewelry since these products contain harsh chemicals that can cause gradual damage to your precious items.

It is not advisable to wear your jewellery while swimming or showering. The reason for this is that exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and freshwater can cause damage to both precious metals and gemstones by dulling or eroding them.

Gold plated pieces, in particular, are highly susceptible to damage from chlorine, which can permanently discolor or damage them.

Our Gold-plated range is made by electroplating 18k to the base of high-quality brass/ titanium steel/sterling silver. Fading and tarnishing are irresistible for gold-plated jewellery over time.

To increase its lifespan, please avoid contact with perfume, body lotions, sprays, or other chemical products and keep it dry. Please refer to the General Care section above for how to maintain the best look of your pieces.

A 14K Gold-filled piece is a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over a core of high-quality jeweler’s brass. It consisted of at least 5% 14k gold by weight, they are long-lasting and will stand up to be worn every day for a lifetime, especially with a little care.

You can wear our gold-filled range when bathing and showering, but we do recommend you remove it in saltwater or chlorine and keep away from with perfume, body lotions, sprays, or other chemical products.

Our Sterling Silver range are stamped with the '925' mark - indicating the purity of the metal. Please note that Sterling Silver requires special care to preserve its color and appearance. Please gently wipe with polishing clothing after each use and dry thoroughly after exposure to water.

Freshwater Pearls are delicate and require proper care. After each wear, please wipe your pearls with the provided polishing cloth.

We highly recommend keeping pearl jewellery away from water as it can weaken the thread and also cause discoloration of the pearl.

We would recommend keeping natural gemstones away from chemicals and clean with diluted water and mild detergent if required. 

Amber-hued resin is one-of-a-kind and each piece is carefully handmade to create an exclusive color effect. No other materials could give us that marvelous result.

While being extraordinary, the resin could potentially break if it hits on a hard surface. When transporting, make sure to store them in Complete Studio's Pouch Bag and Paper Box. When unused, please store them in the pouch bag and handle with extra care.
