We want you to adore your Complete. Studio pieces. If you are not satisfied, we will happily accept your return within 30 days after the order has been dispatched.

RETURNS FAQ'S
For some reasons, if you are unsatisfied with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns subject to the following:
• Items are returned within 30 days of delivery
• In brand new and unused condition
• Must be sent back with all original packaging (branded box and pouch bag)

• Earrings for hygienic regulations, no exceptions can be made as this is to protect the health of our customers

To start a return, you MUST firstly contact us at (info@completenz.com) or fill in our contact us form.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to send your order back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have the following options available:
• Faulty returns: 100% refund or 110% store credit
• Change of mind or any other returns: 100% store credit or an exchange
Please note that discounted items and items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the total cost of the order (e.g. Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return the item(s), the discount you qualified for is subject to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion.
Returns from Australia and US may be subject to a return fee. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable for international orders.
Refunds are only available for faulty items unfortunately. Once your return is received and inspected, our team will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will assist you with the return and refund process in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Complete. Studio reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the pieces.
If an item is deemed as having manufacturer fault, you will be offered a 100% refund or a 110% store credit. If you choose a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and approved, we aim to process all returned orders within 3 working days and please note that it may take up to 10 working days for it to be credited back to your original payment method.
We take care to quality check all our items, however occasionally there may be a fault we did not notice.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use will not be considered a manufacturing fault.
Our jewellery is hand made from precious metals that naturally oxidise and change in time, please refer to the care instructions to take good care of your jewellery.
Additionally, loss of stones or breaking and chipping due to mishandling is also not considered a manufacturing fault and would not be covered in the six months warranty.
Our six-month warranty program covers a one-time replacement for the same item only. We do not accept any returns for tarnished metal that has occurred due to wear or that has come into contact with any kinds of chemicals such as perfumes, body lotions and skin care. Please ensure you clean your jewellery with the polishing cloth provided after each use to prevent any tarnishing.
Any repairs requested after the offered six months will require a $25-40 repair cost and the customer is responsible for all returning postage cost.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit a return request through (info@completenz.com), follow the instructions to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will be given a store credit in the form of a code. You can then make a separate purchase for an alternative size and style online by entering the code at the checkout. They both expire after 12 months.
We accept ONE change of mind exchange per transaction. If you would like an alternative style, a surcharge may apply due to pricing differences. If the new piece is less expensive than your initial purchase, the amount difference will be converted to store credit in the form of a code for your next purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend using a traceable delivery method, as we take no responsibility for the loss of items being returned. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs in any returns.
