All orders will be dispatched from Auckland in 1-3 working days. 

1. Where does Complete. Studio ship to?

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

2. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

New Zealand
For orders over NZ$80 per transaction, we offer free standard delivery New Zealand-wide.
For all orders under NZ$80 per transaction, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of NZ$8.

Australia
For all Australia orders, we are providing two shipping options.

i) DHL Express Service (2-5 business days)
For orders over NZ$270 per transaction ship for free.
For all orders under NZ$270 per transaction, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of NZ$30

ii) NZ Post/ AU Post Standard Service (8-14 business days)
For orders over NZ$180 per transaction ship for free.
For all orders under NZ$180 per transaction, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of NZ$15
Please note that shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable for returns.

3. WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES?

All prices listed are GST included. 
However, deliveries to countries outside New Zealand might incur customs or import taxes/ COD fees. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you. Please note tax and duties are non-refundable upon return of an order.

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Shipping timeframe are in addition to our processing time and vary depending on your location.
As a slow fashion brand we only produce in small batches. If an item is unavailable or out of stock, our team will email you for restocking or alternative options with a free gift.
Orders in New Zealand are typically delivered within 1-3 business days and Australia are typically delivered within 3-14 business days depending on the service provider you have chosen (refer to the above). We do recommend choosing the DHL shipping option if it is for a gift or special occasion. 
Please note that this does not include delays due to Covid, sales period, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances. We do not take responsibility for any shipping delay. However, please email us (info@completenz.com) if you find any difficulties, and we’ll do our best to help!

5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order, please allow sometime for tracking information to become available.

6. WHAT IF THE PACKAGE DOESN’T ARRIVE?

If you don’t get your package 15 business days after it was shipped, please contact us immediately on (info@completenz.com). Please also get in contact directly with post office to lodge a customer inquiry.  If the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please request a proof of delivery with photo evidence. Please then forward us all correspondence you have had with the courier so that we can investigate on our end. Once the package has been concluded as lost by the courier, we can issue you a replacement.
