Complete. Studio favors ethical production. 90% of our 2022 products were made at four key suppliers in China who are audited against the Business Social Compliance Initiative Framework. Our supplies have obtained ISO9000 certification for their facility.
We also require all suppliers to agree to our Code of Conduct which includes human right protection to ensure every worker is working under a safe and fair environment. All our suppliers must have documented labor and environmental certifications verified through third-party audits — in addition to us visiting and ensuring facilities meet our standards.

We meticulously select our suppliers based on their adherence to ethical standards. This ensures that every gemstone in our collection is sourced from mines that uphold labor rights and provide fair working conditions.
Our gemstones are not only precious but also procured with the environment in mind. We prioritize suppliers who implement sustainable mining practices that minimize environmental impact, ensuring the natural world is protected for future generations.
Most of our jewellery reflects nature’s brighter side through the process of combining natural forms and casting them into metal, adorning them with gemstones, zirconia, and freshwater pearl. None of them contributes to deforestation or negative ecosystem impacts.

To offset our carbon footprint, we partner with One Tree Planted since the first day of our business. In 2023, we have planted over 5000 trees with the support and love from our customers. Planting trees is important as they are the basis of sustaining life on earth. They absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen to clear the air, filter the water, stabilize the soil, restore natural habitats to wildlife and combat global warming.

Giving back
Giving is more blessed than receiving. In Complete. Studio, we notice planet and women first, then clothing. Taking a stance for women was essential and natural for us. We do regular donation to Women’s Refuge NZ to support women and children in New Zealand who experience family violence. We’re taking concrete actions at our level to support those in need.
