From now until the end of January, we’re thrilled to offer a special limited-edition packaging upgrade for all orders, adding an extra touch to your purchase.

To minimize waste and promote eco-friendly practices, multiple items in your order may be packed together. If you prefer separate boxes, simply let us know in the order notes—one box per item is our maximum. Thank you for supporting sustainable packaging!

Christmas Cut-Off

To ensure your parcels arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders before the cut-off dates below:

New Zealand (Non-Rural):
22nd December

Australia (Using NZ Post):
10th December

International (DHL Express):
13th December

Important Note

We will do our absolute best to dispatch everything on time. However, shipping and customs delays are unfortunately outside our control, especially during the busy Christmas peak period. Delivery times may also vary depending on each city and region.

If you need your item urgently, please order as early as possible. 

Extended Return Period

We’re making the holiday season stress-free for you! To ensure you have plenty of time to shop, gift, and make adjustments if needed, we’ve extended our return and exchange period. Any orders placed between 30th November and 24th December will qualify for our extended return and exchange policy until the 25th January. This allows you the flexibility to exchange or return items after the holiday rush, making gifting even easier and more enjoyable. Whether it’s the perfect present or a thoughtful exchange, we’ve got you covered this festive season!
